One of the cornerstones of Personal Marketing Research’s business is its advanced, CATI Call Center.  CATI, or Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, allows us to reach broad demographics of respondents across the nation in large metropolitan areas, rural communities and small towns.

Our facility features 45 calling stations and a mix of the latest in VoIP technology for clear reception and low cost, as well as traditional phone lines that allow for remotely listening to our interviewers for quality control purposes. 

Additional features of the call center include:

  • Friendly, continuously trained interviewers and recruiters
    with neutral, Midwestern accents
  • Remote client monitoring capabilities
  • IVR system for automated calling
  • DSL internet for web-based surveys
  • Interviewer to Supervisor ratio of no more than 10 to 1

All interviewers have neutral Midwestern accents, and are randomly monitored each shift. A quality control person is on staff during phoning hours to insure that the data we report is of the highest quality and among the most accurate in our industry. At least 20% of each interviewer's work is validated. Each project is briefed thoroughly prior to fielding and we especially stress pronunciations. From very small to very large we will accommodate your project specifications and needs.

Our focus group room is 14'X20' (accommodates 10-12 respondents) with a two tired viewing room seating 10 comfortably, and features a 4'X12' soundproof one-way viewing mirror.

Additionally we have a large conference room, which can be used classroom or courtroom style. This room is 19X21ft and seats 40 people.
